From time to time I like to compare the states, so I thought the occasion of our 10th anniversary was a great time to do a few summary graphs. The first is looking at which states pass the highest percentage of their bills, and the second is which pass the highest count of bills. As usual US stands for the US Congress. These numbers cover bills introduced between 2011 and 2020, so 10 years of data.
