We have always offered the ability to sort your bill sheet by any column, just by clicking on it (or clicking twice for reverse order). However, states number bills in a variety of ways. Some of which tend to confound a computer. When a state uses leading zeroes, then bill numbers will sort as you would expect. When they don’t, then the sorting is generally not what you want. When you have a bill sheets with states that do both, well, watch out!

I’m happy to announce that we have added some intelligence to our sorting for state bill numbers. Now no matter how the state formats their numbers, and which states you have included on your bill sheet (or combined sheet or stakeholder page), they will sort in the order you expect.

A small thing perhaps, but tricky. But you, our users, are worth it.
