Our first version of the app had features to look up your representatives, view upcoming elections, and search for bills. The newest update now allows you to save bills you want to follow to a personal watch list, so it is easy to check on their status anytime. Notice the new Tracked Bills option:
When you are looking at a bill, that you found by searching for keywords, or that you found by looking at a legislator, you’ll see a new button at the bottom of the screen to track the bill. That will add the bill to your tracking list, which you can access anytime from the home screen as seen above. The tracked list is organized by state:
You can click on any of your tracked bills to get more info, which will show you the latest status of the bill along with various other details. When you open any tracked bill you will now see an option at the bottom of the screen to untrack the bill.
We have also added a new view to bring up the official pdf version of a bill in case you find that easier to read:
This new view also makes it practical to print a bill, should you ever want to. Simply choose the print option, and send the bill to your printer:
