Hooray! Let’s get started. Setting up your subscription is really easy. Watch Karen walk Michael through upgrading his subscription to see how it’s done, or simply follow the steps below.

Quick and easy steps for getting started:

1. Login

2. Choose the “subscriptions” option from the account menu

3. Click new subscription (any days left on your free trial will automatically get added to your subscription)

4. Choose which products you want, click more details to see your options, and add the product to your cart

5. Review your cart or proceed straight to check out

6. Pay by credit card or choose to pay by invoice. If you need to make special arrangements, choose pay by invoice and contact us.

That’s it and you’re in like Flynn. Welcome aboard!

 

Notes on getting started:

To add new searches, scorecards, etc just go to appropriate tab from the main screen and click the “new” button. You can also go to the manage tab of any bill sheet, scorecards, etc to change the name — so you can give your free trial bill sheet a better name if you like. And finally, you can retrieve your current invoice or choose to pay outstanding invoices any time by choosing subscription from the account menu.
