As usual, we’ve been hard at work on improvements over the summer. The post is a quick list of all of the new features you might want to check out.

First and foremost, we’ve finally gotten our issue solved regarding legislators that are out of office. So your scorecards from past years should now have perfectly good maps. We also added an option to the manage tab allowing you to exclude out of office people if you want, to help with people that have funky scores because they left early in the session.

Next, we have added a sort option to the manage tab, so you can change the default sort on the summary tab. That way you can choose the score type you like the best, or sort by name or district instead. The right sort will let you better make the point you want to make.

Finally, you can now add bills to your scorecard from a bill sheet at any time, instead of just at the time of creation. This new feature means you can refresh your scorecard with new bills from the original underlying bill sheet anytime. It also means that you can add bills from several bill sheets onto the same scorecard. If you are tracking several different topics this new copy ability should save you some time. Like the other features discussed, you access this new copy feature from the manage tab.

These improvements are in response to customer requests, so keep the ideas coming!
