Last year we added the ability to archive bill sheets. This feature is available on the manage tab and lets you freeze a bill sheet, so no bills get added or removed automatically. You might want to freeze a bill sheet if you’d like to keep a record of your old bills and comments as a stakeholder page on your website, for example.

If you have used this feature you’ll notice all of your archived sheets have disappeared from your change alerts tab. We made this change to keep you tidy. Since you have frozen the sheet, we’re assuming you don’t expect much to change with them, and we don’t want to clutter up your change alerts and maybe distract you from important happenings. If one of the bills moves you will still get an email alert, though, so you won’t miss anything.

All of your bill sheets are still listed and accessible from the bill sheet tab. You’ll see we added a new column so you can see at a glance (and sort by) bill sheets that are archived:
