Color Coding a Bill Map by Average Bill Rating
If you have added our standard position column to your template then you can make a map showing your average position. Simply click on the “color by” option on the map widget tab, and choose Avg Bill Rating:
For averaging purposes,
- Strong Support = 5
- Support = 3
- Monitor/Amend/Neutral = 0
- Oppose = -3
- Strong Oppose = -5
You can change any of your existing maps into a position map by adding
mapType: ‘BillRating’,
to your widget code, between the line that says template and the line that says showPosition. Or just copy and paste the whole code over again.
